New to GAINS or just looking for a quick answer to a question? Try out the following resources!
  • Bi-Weekly Office Hours - GPA hosts bi-weekly office hours for your GAINS questions, every other Tuesday, from 12:30-1 pm. Our next office hours will be on Tuesday, March 4.
  • GAINS Training Resources - Recordings, materials and links from previous and future system overview training opportunities
  • Help Desk Ticket - Stuck and not sure how to proceed in GAINS? Submit a Help Desk Ticket.
  • Grant and Award Contacts - Find the GAINS Administrator contact and Program contact for the various grants and awards offered through GAINS.

Non-District Organization Access to GAINS (12/1/2023)

Non-district organizations, such as Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Facility Schools, or Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs), should use the Non-District Organization GAINS Access Form to request access and logins into GAINS.

Charter Schools applying for grants in GAINS should use the Charter School GAINS Access Form. Please note that, although Charter Schools will be able to login and submit their own applications through GAINS, they will still need to identify an LEA Fiscal Representative and LEA Authorized Representative from their authorizing district or the Charter School Institute.
