FUND REQUEST ERROR #990 (6/10/2025)
System Validation Error #990 - RESOLVED
Thank you for your patience while we worked with our vendor to address the error preventing the submission of fund requests to CDE. The system has been fixed, and applicants can complete the fund request process in GAINS. Applicants will have an additional three days from today, June 17, 2025, to submit fund requests and have those paid out before the next due date in July. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or are still experiencing any issues.

New to GAINS or just looking for a quick answer to a question? Try out the following resources!
  • Bi-Weekly Office Hours - GPA hosts bi-weekly office hours for your GAINS questions, every other Tuesday, from 12:30-1 pm. Our next office hours will be on Tuesday, June 24. Note: We’re taking a short summer break! Our bi-weekly office hours will be on pause throughout the month of July. We’ll be back in August, refreshed and ready to connect. In the meantime, continue to email GAINS@cde.state.co.us if you need assistance. 
  • GAINS Training Resources - Recordings, materials and links from previous and future system overview training opportunities

Non-District Organization Access to GAINS (12/1/2023)

Non-district organizations, such as Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Facility Schools, or Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs), should use the Non-District Organization GAINS Access Form to request access and logins into GAINS.

Charter Schools applying for grants in GAINS should use the Charter School GAINS Access Form. Please note that, although Charter Schools will be able to login and submit their own applications through GAINS, they will still need to identify an LEA Fiscal Representative and LEA Authorized Representative from their authorizing district or the Charter School Institute.
