GAINS New User Orientation - Sept 23, 2025 (9/10/2025)
Are you new to GAINS and just need a quick rundown of the system and how it works? If so, GPA invites you to attend our New User Orientation training during our Sept 23 Office Hours.

To join, simply use this link to register in advance and join us at 12:30pm on Sept 23. 

This opportunity is open to users of all levels, but is targeted specifically to new users. The training and materials will be recorded and posted on our GAINS Training page.

  • CDE IdM Password Reset - Use this link to reset your CDE IdM Password (Districts BOCES, and CDE Staff, use this one)
  • Native Login Password Reset - Use this link to reset your Non-District, Native Login Password (Charter Schools and Community-Based Organizations, use this one)
Non-District Organization Access to GAINS (12/1/2023)

Non-district organizations, such as Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Facility Schools, or Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs), should use the Non-District Organization GAINS Access Form to request access and logins into GAINS.

Charter Schools applying for grants in GAINS should use the Charter School GAINS Access Form. Please note that, although Charter Schools will be able to login and submit their own applications through GAINS, they will still need to identify an LEA Fiscal Representative and LEA Authorized Representative from their authorizing district or the Charter School Institute.
